AFTER HOURS PROCEDURE

Please follow the following steps should you encounter a problem outside of our business hours.


No Water, Gas, or Electricity: In cases where you experience a disruption in water, gas, or electricity supply, we kindly ask that you first check the relevant authorities for any ongoing outages:

  • For Water: Visit Water Corporation Outage      Information or      call 13 13 75.
  • For Gas: Visit ATCO Gas Outage Map or call 13 13 52.
  • For Electricity: Visit Western Power Outage      Information or      call 13 13 51.


**If there are no reported outages in your area and you still have no power, please check your Electrical Safety Board (RCD), as an appliance might have triggered the switch. If the issue persists after checking, please proceed to the next step** 


If your call is in relation to a large water leak, please turn of your supply from the water mains prior to contacting our team. These are generally located at the front of your house/apartment complex.


Contact Us: If you have confirmed there are no reported outages and the issue persists, please contact Michele (Michael) at 0419 841 285. If there is no immediate answer, send a text message and await contact. To expedite assistance, provide as much information as possible, including the make and model of your hot water system if applicable.


Security Concerns (Break-Ins): In the unfortunate event of a break-in at your property, please contact the police to make a report. Afterward, kindly provide our office with the police report number via email. Additionally, please provide us with a list of items that will require repair.


For all other non-urgent maintenance requests, please inform our team via email at admin@notteproperty.com.au and we will assist upon our return.
